At Anime Cosplay Australia, The happiness and satisfaction of every one of our clients is our top priority. Unfortunately, due to shipping and other circumstances, some of our products might not meet your expectations.

The following reasons are COVERED by our Return/Exchange Policy (Within 30 days of purchase)

  • You received the wrong item.
  • It arrived damaged or in defective state.
  • If we sent you the wrong size.
  • Missing items. 
  • Package failed to arrive.

If your situation meets one of these criteria, please contact us at support@animecosplay.com.au.

We offer three types of refund:

1) A replacement product will be sent to you.

2)
 A 100% refund of the item directly to your bank account.

3) A 150% store credit on that item towards your next purchase.

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return the item in order to be eligible for a refund. The item must be in the same state that it was in when you first acquired it.

Our staff of experts will examine your item once it has been delivered to us before processing your return. The original payment method you used to make the purchase will be utilised to refund the money. Refunds for credit card payments could take anywhere between 5 and 10 business days to appear on your credit card account.

You will not be entitled to a refund if the item is harmed in any way by customer carelessness or if you start the return process more than 30 calendar days after receiving it.
